We only offer exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Applicable only in case of:
  • Manufacturing defects, or
  • Wrong size received
• A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof
• Product must be:
  • Unused
  • With all original tags intact
  • In original condition

Exchange Process

• Once we receive and verify the returned product,
  your replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours
• A ₹100 shipping charge will be applicable for the new order (across India)

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale or discounted products are not eligible for exchange
